Return / Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped if you provide an email address when ordering. When checking out as a guest you will not be able to track your order, we highly encourage you to create an account so you can track your order after it ships. 

We only ship to the continental United States.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Fed Ex and UPS is directly linked to our accounts with them and display our discounted rates we receive. If you have an account you would like to use please include the collect account information in the delivery instructions and we will refund any shipping charges to original payment method.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please contact and they will issue a pre-paid return label.

If it is past the 30 calendar days, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs which can be deducted from the refund or the customer can provide their own shipping label.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal account.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Damage or Ineffective Item

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
