Shopping is easy at Erie Cotton Products. We have designed the website to be very simple to use. You can either click the categories on the left hand panel of each page, or enter a keyword of the item you need in our search box. When you

find the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. When you have completed shopping, click the checkout button to pay for your purchase. Erie Cotton Products accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

At Erie Cotton Products, we do our best to provide the most accurate and timely information on our products and services. Due to the fact that our site uses a very high degree of electronics automation, software, and human contact, it is

possible that an occasional error or errors may appear on our site. In the event of such error(s), Erie Cotton Products has the absolute right to disallow any transaction by a user of the Erie Cotton Products business or website, in

which Erie Cotton Products would be adversely affected. That may include the cancellation of order(s) placed with our company, as well as the cancellation of an order(s) following its shipment and/or receipt by our customer(s).

We reserve the right at any time to collect from customers, the value of any amount(s) received unjustly due to errors or omissions on the Erie Cotton Website, products shipped in error or otherwise.

Special Orders:
Special order items typically take longer to receive than items stocked at our warehouse. Delivery may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks in some cases. Please ask your sales consultant for more details. Due to the nature of these products any

cancellation must be received within 24 hours and no returns are permitted.

Returns:
All unopened products purchased at Erie Cotton Products can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. You can reach customer support at

Product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. Orders that are not charged for shipping are subject to original shipping cost of delivery. The refunded amount will be

issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Erie Cotton Products shall be that of the customers.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.
