1. Question: Why can't I logon using my old user name and password?
Answer: The new site uses your e-mail address as your user name. The old password remains the same but you will have to change it the first time you log on to the new site.
2. Question: Why do I see a different shipper than the one I selected upon checkout?
Answer: In some areas of the country different shippers perform better and we will use the shipping agent who gives us the best performance in that area, escpecially with some of our heavier and bulky packages.
3. Question: Why am I having trouble logging on to the site using the right e-mail address and my password from the old site?
Answer: In some cases when the databases were switched the information was lost or changed. If this has happened just click on request new password on the bottom of the page and a new password will be sent to your e-mail address.
4. Question:I am a returning user but when I am checking out the site keeps telling me that this trasaction cannot be processed. What am I doing wrong?
Answer: The problem in most cases is billing information on the site account not agreeing with the credit card companies records. Check you account informtion to ensure that it is correct.
